Company Response: After checking in with this customer, he clarified that we did not call him when we were on the way. We did call him, however, ahead of time by two hours and left a message on his phone asking he was flexible to move up his appointment a bit sooner and if we didn't hear back we would see him at his appointment time. We gave him a copy of the recording we left as proof. He has since reached back and apologized.
