Bob & Vicki said: James did a great job in checking and testing why my system was low on refrigerant. Added what was needed and air conditioner back working as it should. Just slightly disappointed he could not find the cause for low refrigerant. Always like to know the reason for air conditioner not working properly.

Company Response: Finding the source for low refrigerant can be very hard especially if the leak is slow. We have options but they are costs involved as we need to make return trips and trace stuff, like UV reactive dye. There are so many joints that can be the source, and even if we find the source it doesn't mean a fix is going to be cheap. It's really a catch 22 situation.

Josh did uncover a leaky valve that needs to be replaced. If you could schedule that I would really appreciate it as I would like to get that done ASAP. Thanks much!
