Company Response: I'm sorry for showing up unannounced Marjorie. We typically try to reach out to in advance. Sometimes when we are very close and they are running ahead, they will just stop by to see if you are home versus driving all the way back to our office just in time to have to drive back to your location. Either way if you ever have things to go do, we always will honor the original time.
