John & Beverly said: Just to put closure to this wonderful experience____On 2/2/26, Eric did a great job completing the annual maintenance on our York furnace which was 22 years old. On 2/3/26, we called the Good Guys because our furnace quit. Eric returned and based on the issues he identified during the maintenance, he began to inform us that we would be facing around $2500 in the very near future. After considerable discussion, we decided to purchase a new furnace. On 2/3/26 Steve came to share his experience and recommendations for a new furnace. Since they would not be able to install the new furnace until 2/5/26, he loaned us 3 room heaters to use in addition to our fireplace to stay warm( which worked very well). On 2/5/26 Andy and Bill arrived on time and installed our new furnace without any problems and instructed us on our new smart thermostat. Thanks to all of them for a "job well done".
