Company Response: Nicholas, first off I apologize for you feeling like a number. I too have used companies in the past and felt like this and we do try very hard for that not to be the case here. The day of your appointment was extremely cold and we received several emergency calls about furnaces being out. Dilan along with every other technician tries to get at everyone. He was not doing another tune-up, he was running an emergency call where the house temperature was dropping and it was critical we get the heat repaired. We have warnings in place in our system to call when we are running behind and I cannot apologize enough that you were not alerted timely on this it is clearly our failure there. When extreme weather arrives we have to be 100% efficient in our day to stay ahead. Every contractor like us has to juggle the balance of emergencies and scheduled work. If we could predict weather at the time when we book appointments I would for sure leave more room. This is not normally how we operate, but when extreme weather hits, we have to juggle a lot.
