Ruth & William said: Our June appointment was rescheduled due to an emergency your company needed to attend to for another customer. We did receive a $25 reduction in fees - which was appreciated. However, there were no confirmations for the new appointment date and time.

Susan said: Evan was great. Equipment is running fine and he said whatever we are doing, don't change a thing. Appreciate the coupons that brought the bill to what I think we paid last year. Also talked about tariffs and how that might impact parts or equipment and he said if you have it in stock, no uncharge...I really appreciate your work ethic and thank Evan for his attention to our furnace and A/C.
