In November,2020 I had the Good Guys install a new Amana furnace. On Friday morning (11/11/2022) I noticed the furnace was not performing. I placed a call to the Good Guys and a service tech was at our home by 11 AM. He reviewed the furnace and diagnosed the issue. A new furnace was needed. Heat exchanger was failing. I assumed it would take weeks to get a replacement furnace.
By 1 PM that SAME DAY, a new team with a new furnace was at our house. By 4 PM a new furnace was installed and everything cleaned up. The team did an awesome and quick job. All at no cost as it was under warranty.

Company Response: Thanks for sharing that experience Mike. We've all heard of those "too good to be true" warranties, but Amana truly has a legit replacement warranty. The second we have a compromised heat exchanger and it's still the original owner we just make a call and the replacement is authorized in a few minutes. That's why we love the brand so much. That being said, our schedule had the window for us to get this done, normally that isn't the case, so you got lucky it happened on the right day! Amana makes what we consider very high quality so these changeouts are rare but with any mass produced product, installed in all sorts of environments, it can happen. And when we needed maintenance on our boiler he was there within 2 hours of me calling the office. He is was extremely knowledgeable and professional. You could tell he really loves his job. Give that man a raise and call the good guys for all your HVAC needs.
