He arrived and was very friendly, interacted with my dog, and then got to work. He was efficient, and informative about the life of my water heater. His checkup on it prompted him to tell me I should expect to replace it within about a year's time.....so glad he told me this so I can be proactive on its replacement. Overall, as usual, "The Good Guys" provided me with great service. This is my 4th year getting furnace and water heater checkups and the peace of mind it gives me for the winter months is something I can count on with your company.
