He took time to explain everything to me, answer all my questions in a way I could understand and to make sure everything was accomplished that needed to be. He cleaned everything up after he was done. He arrived on time and did an awesome job. He maintained my AC last year and I loved that he could remember and look up things from the past visits to confirm things. Overall - a #5 out of 5 experience. P.S. Love The Good Guys and wouldn't think of ever using anyone else. Thank you for everything over the years (decades!).
