The cold weather has caused a large increase in emergency calls. Our team continues to do their best every day to get to as many as we can as fast as we can. Annual tune-ups are important! Many of the calls we had were on equipment that has not been serviced adequately for issues that could have been most likely prevented.

I mentioned that this would be my last winter with this 2001 furnace and he gave me ball park figures for what a new furnace will cost next Spring. That's a great help in budgeting for home improvement projects for next year.
